“The front desk staff is amazing at the Sutherland Apartments! All the women who staff the front desk are extremely helpful, kind, and people oriented. Ms. Patt Has worked here since I moved in a couple years ago and she is truly a gem. I would also like to complement the maintenance staff, as they are always prompt to address any concerns I may have. Darryl is great! The environmental team is newer, but they've been doing a great job with keeping the building clean. Great team overall!”

“This property is a great property. I just renewed my lease and I haven't had many issues. I'd like to speak on Kieth and Amondo in particular. Keith has came in several occasions to maintenance anything that I put a work order in for and he is very professional and gets the job done right and right away. Also Amondo is amazing very helpful when I'm moving things and need a little assistance even though it's not his job. I appreciate these amazing men that work for the building.”
